Contacts to businesses, agencies and institutions in the community. These places could be great for resources or field trips.
They can support teachers and help with their work. they can make bulletin boards, make photocopies, etc.
They are an audience for student presentations.
They can be aids to the librarian, office, nurse, cafeteria, etc.
They can be members of school wide committees.
They can help raise money for the school by being involved in fundraising activities.
They can recruit other volunteers to do all of the above!
